Ben visits the Cothelstone Estate in Somerset and speaks to Hermione Warmington who only very recently returned to her family's farm after working for the Holkham Estate in Norfolk and for the CLA. Cothelstone is a traditional mixed farm estate consisting of beef, sheep, arable, woodland and diversifications.
