The newly formed Succession Alliance has come together to help farming families on their succession journey and in the episode we’ll discover what this new organisation is and who’s in it, what they’re aiming to achieve and we’ll also talk about succession in general terms and give you some ideas for how you can begin conversations with your family.

We also talk about the difference between succession and inheritance.
